then installing of the printer do wrong step result in the printer got error
i thought is printer spoil then took it back to challenger
(btw my dad bought it at challenger)
then there the printer is able to work....

the person told me might be during the installation for problem...
ask me reinstall... which my bro oso did ...
and wth i reinstall the correct way everything turn out smooth..
